- We reserve the right to rent our facility only for non-profit events that do not dishonor the Lord.
- No smoking, alcoholic beverages, or illegal drugs are allowed in the church or on church grounds.
- You are responsible for all decorating, tear-down, and gathering of personal items from the church premises. Please move furniture, kitchen items, and other materials back to their original positions and leave the church as you found it.
- Those using the church facility accept full responsibility for any damage to the building, grounds, or equipment during use.
- Audiovisual equipment in the sanctuary may be operated only by a hired church sound technician. No audiovisual equipment may be used or moved unless the technician is present and has approved that use.
- All music must reflect Christian values, even if the selection is secular.
Decorating Guidelines
- Tape may be used on walls, but please use only masking or painter’s tape because other tapes can leave lasting residue.
- All candles must be enclosed in votives, globes, or hurricanes. Open-flame candles are not permitted.
- Please do not use thumb tacks, nails, screws, or scotch tape. Floral wire is preferred for securing items.
Kitchen Guidelines
- The group using the kitchen is responsible for cleaning at the completion of the event.
- If there are too many church items in the refrigerator or freezer to accommodate your event, please let us know so we can possibly move some to a different refrigerator or freezer in the church.
- All items used in the kitchen must be washed and returned to their original locations.
- Countertops and other surfaces must be wiped down and left ready for the next function in the kitchen. Please use your own washcloths.
